Return & Exchange Policy
At Megasafe Safety Shoes, we take great care to inspect all items before shipping. Once an item is delivered, we are not responsible for any issues unless they involve defects, incorrect size, or item errors. All exchange decisions are subject to management approval.
General Policy
All items sold are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of defects or errors.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and packaging intact.
Items showing signs of wear, dirt, or damage will not be accepted for exchange.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be rejected.
Color & Material Disclaimer
Due to variations in monitor settings and lighting, slight color differences between product photos and actual items may occur. This is not considered a defect. If you have concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

How to Request an Exchange

Return the item in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
Follow the instructions provided for returning the parcel.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
